New Plymouth Airport

New Plymouth’s new airport has already won a number of prestigious global design awards.

It was made possible by a partnership between Papa Rererangi i Puketapu, an NPDC-owned company, and Puketapu hapū. The vision was to create a world-class travel experience and distinctively designed new facility that celebrates and shares Taranaki’s unique culture and heritage with the thousands of travellers who pass through every year.
